In the Republic of Estonia, a bailiff is a person engaged in liberal profession, to whom the state has delegated the rights and duties to conduct activities involved in compulsory execution, i.e. enforcement procedure, in the name of the state.
Enforcement procedure may be conducted only on the basis of certain documents. One such enforcement document is definitely a court decision.
If the debtor does not perform the court judgment voluntarily, we will help you with submitting an application to the bailiff, including monitoring the process of enforcement procedure.
